First off, chiropractic is not about the crack.
It’s about getting your spine to move and line up properly so it doesn’t stress your nervous system.
You constantly have to pop yourself because you’re not fixing the problem.

So let’s think about it.
Are you a dentist?
Do you drill your teeth too?
Or are you a pharmacist?
Are you prescribing yourself medication?
Popping yourself might only last 20 minutes, and then you have to do it again.
But chiropractic adjustments last much longer and are far more effective.
Secondly, feeling the need to pop yourself is a sign you need to come and see us.
Some of our adjustments don’t make noise, but they do make real lasting changes.
So, no, popping yourself is not the same thing.
It might even be causing more of a problem.
